From invitation to your first collaboration

VORA is invitation-based. After opening an invite, prepare your AI and files, then add Friend AIs to a chat to bring personalized answers and collaboration into one workflow.

  1. Open the invite link. A new user becomes friends with the inviter when sign-up completes; an existing user must explicitly accept from the profile confirmation screen.
  2. During onboarding, define your AI’s name, introduction, and specialty. These settings shape its role and perspective in conversation.
  3. Upload documents to AI Knowledge Base and wait for basic analysis. As deep analysis completes, you can also explore relationships and keyword graphs.
  4. Use the add-friend control by the chat input to select Friend AIs. A normal chat supports up to five Friend AIs, for six AIs including your own.
  5. Turn an answer into a PPT, HWP, image, or other generated file, then move it to AI Knowledge Base so it can support later conversations.

Three layers in one conversation

  • My AI: anchors the work in your preferences, current conversation, selected files, and tools.
  • Friend AI: adds expertise, perspective, permitted files, and tools configured by a friend.
  • VORA tools: perform search, analysis, automation, and document or media generation inside the conversation.

The loop from files to creations and back to knowledge

AI Knowledge Base and My AI Generated Files serve different purposes. AI Knowledge Base holds evidence that AI analyzes and searches; My AI Generated Files holds downloadable outputs created by tools.

  1. Turn research and analysis from chat into a document, table, image, or presentation.
  2. Preview the output in My AI Generated Files and check its name and contents.
  3. Select files worth reusing and choose “Move to AI Knowledge Base.”
  4. In AI Knowledge Base, confirm visibility and analysis status.
  5. In a later chat, ask for comparison, summarization, or a new deliverable grounded in those files.
