You can ask about events on a date or during a period, appointments matching a keyword, and open time slots. In a chat with Friend AIs, it can compare calendars that participants have chosen to share and find a time when everyone is available.

Connect your calendar before using it

1. Open VORA settings and turn on “Connect Google Calendar to my AI.”
2. Choose the Google account to connect and approve calendar read access on the Google OAuth consent screen.
3. After the connection is complete, ask for a date, period, event name, or desired free time in natural language.

What can it check?

• Your events on a specific date or during a period such as today, tomorrow, or this week
• Appointments containing a meeting name, person, location, or other keyword
• Gaps between events or a continuous open slot of a requested length
• Events shared by friends participating in the current chat
• A common time when you and participating friends are all available

How to use it

No special command is required. When you ask about your schedule or a time that works for friends, the AI uses this tool when appropriate.

How sharing works with Friend AIs

Scope and cautions

• You can use the tool up to 300 times per month. After reaching the limit, wait until usage becomes available in the next monthly period.
• Results reflect the calendar at lookup time. Check again after an event changes.
• A friend’s schedule is shown only within that friend’s sharing settings and current chat participation.
• If your calendar contains sensitive events, review the sharing scope before enabling friend-chat sharing.
