AI Knowledge Base: manage evidence for AI

Upload supported documents, spreadsheets, images, audio, and video to AI Knowledge Base. Document-based questions become available after basic analysis, while deep analysis adds keyword and cross-document relationship exploration.

  1. Upload files and review duplicate, capacity, and supported-format notices.
  2. Wait for basic or deep analysis to complete.
  3. Keep names, sources, and dates clear enough to retrieve later.
  4. Public files may support answers when friends use your AI; Private files remain available only to you.
  5. Re-analyze changed documents and delete obsolete material after checking its scope.

Move My AI Generated Files into AI Knowledge Base

My AI Generated Files collects PPTs, HWP documents, images, and other files made by chat tools. A generated file is not RAG knowledge merely because it appears there; select “Move to AI Knowledge Base” to make it eligible for analysis and retrieval.

  1. Preview the file in My AI Generated Files and confirm its contents and version.
  2. Select files worth reusing and choose “Move to AI Knowledge Base.”
  3. Review storage usage and confirm the move.
  4. Set Public or Private visibility in AI Knowledge Base and wait for analysis.

RAG when a Friend AI participates

When you add a Friend AI to a chat, the server includes permitted file scopes owned by participating friends in collaborative retrieval. This lets one question connect your files with a friend’s specialist documents.

  • The system searches the scopes supplied for the conversation in one retrieval flow rather than limiting retrieval to the responding AI’s own folder.
  • Use of your own files follows chat settings and roles; using friend evidence does not expose every source file to you.
  • Ask the answer to distinguish which participant and evidence support each claim.

Ask stronger RAG questions

  • Give the topic, date range, and target figure or statement—not only a filename.
  • Ask the answer to separate facts, inference, and recommendations and cite source locations.
  • If retrieval is thin, change keywords, synonyms, date range, or Friend AI roles and search again.
