Other AI services are based on 1:1 Chat. VORA puts My AI + Friends' AIs + VORA AI in the same chatroom to build the answer together. Your uploaded documents are processed by 4-strategy Hyper-RAG (vector, keyword, knowledge graph, and clustering) for hallucination-free answers. Various tools can be called in chat.

Tools like search, time, weather, exchange, and news are permanently free. Paid tools come with a 7-day free trial once you receive an invitation, and there is no auto-billing. Pick only the tools you want — paid tools start at just $3 each — about 1/7 the price of other AI services.

Q: Which languages are supported?

There are two layers to keep in mind. Service UI (interface · guidance text): Korean · English · Japanese are officially supported, and the language is auto-selected based on your browser. Chatting with the AI: VORA runs on an LLM, so beyond those 3 languages you can freely type and get responses in most languages. Feel free to talk to the AI in any language, regardless of the UI language.

Are my documents and data safe?

Uploaded files and info are encrypted and securely stored. Admins cannot access them, and they are never used for training. Your 1:1 chats with VORA stay private from friends — even when collaborating, friends only see basic metadata, never your message content.

Who pays when I use a friend's AI?

When you use a tool your friend has subscribed to, the cost is deducted from your friend's usage — they're sharing their tool with you. The same goes the other way. This mutual give-and-take is what makes social collaboration in VORA possible.

When can I start?

The beta launched at the end of July 2026, and VORA is currently in beta service.

VORA is invitation-based. Once you receive an invitation, you can use all paid tools free for 7 days.

How do I cancel my subscription or request a refund?

You can cancel your subscription at any time in [Settings > My Tools]. Even after cancellation, you can continue using the service until the end of your current billing period.

Tools that have not been used are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of payment. Usage by friends is also considered usage. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please refer to the Refund Policy for further details.
